About Crown Canyon Capital

Between Paradise Valley and The Arizona Biltmore lies a uniquely hidden canyon, with 12 one-of-a-kind Homesites nestled along the southeastern boundary of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. The canyon’s surrounding ridges and peaks evoke the silhouette of a crown; thus the name, Crown Canyon. The beauty, solitude, and magnificence of this dramatic crescent of rock outcroppings is home to ocotillo-lined ridges and generous stands of ancient saguaros. To enter the magic of this embrace feels like leaving the city behind, despite being only four miles from Biltmore Fashion Park and twelve miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and downtown Phoenix. With individually configured Homesites averaging over two acres, the quiet serenity of this special enclave has no equal.
