About CS Property Group

CS Property Group is a construction company that prides itself on delivering various projects on time, on budget and to the agreed specifications by the professional team. Our staff is our greatest asset, and what set us apart are our strong relationships with our customers. More than just a contractor, we work closely with each client as a committed partner for the duration of the project. In the company, we measure our performance purely on the quality of our work, and this is directly determined by how well our building structures stand the test of time. We believe that success is only achieved if our clients are satisfied and we are proud to have our name associated with the projects. CS Property Group makes use of sub-contractors in the residential and commercial market. We are fortunate to have sub-contractors that have worked with CS Property Group for many years. It is therefore easier to obtain a high standard of quality. Our sub-contractors know how the operations at CS property Group work and form a big part of our success. Our key personnel consist of 2 professional Quantity Surveyors, qualified Contract Managers, Construction Managers with the necessary experience in the building industry as well as a Procurement Officer, Finance Clerk and Office Administrator to take care of the administrative tasks of the company. The success of any operation depends on proper planning and preparation.
