About CSM Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd.

CSM Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd. is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary firm with almost 30 years’ experience in the South African construction industry. CSM was established in the Western Cape in 1994, to meet the substantial needs of a newly democratic South Africa. Our team unites industry experts from the fields of architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, interior architecture, quantity surveying, and project management. Our multi-disciplinary approach gives us a 360-degree view of each project. This allows for optimal efficiency and assures our clients that we get things right, first time, on time and within budget. CSM has a proven track record of quality, with wide-ranging experience at various governmental, educational and municipal institutions. Our work ranges from masterplan design, construction of new facilities, through to conducting condition assessments of existing facilities, surveys and heritage consulting. We understand that every project is unique, and we follow a strategic, needs-based approach to tailor-make spaces that work for you. CSM aims to provide a balanced approach to project implementation, drawing on the extensive knowledge and capabilities we have gained over the years. Most importantly, we believe in constant learning and improvement, striving for excellence in every project we participate in. We are able to manage all aspects of the construction process, from the inception and design, throughout the oversight of projects at the construction phase, to project close-out. We believe that people are our greatest asset, providing opportunities for personal growth within the organisation. CSM takes great pride in its continuous ISO 9001:2015 certification and position as a Level 1 B-BBEE Contributor.
