About CTO Coach

I’m Andy Sheats, a specialist coach and mentor for CTOs, CIOs, and technology leaders. My practice is grounded in 30+ years as a digital business leader; I’ve served as CEO, CTO, COO, and CGO. I am also a founder, investor, non-executive director, and Chair. I’ve started and scaled companies, led digital transformations, and thrived in fast-paced, competitive markets. As a specialist CTO coach and mentor, I draw on my experience to help technology leaders unlock their leadership potential and, through that, deliver transformative business outcomes.
