About Cube Haus GmbH & Co. KG

Cube Haus GmbH & Co. KG is a family held company, originated from the "Jans GmbH Hardware Manufacturers", which was founded by Franz W. Jans and currently also managed by his daughter Jennifer Jans. The management has experience in construction and interior decoration since decades. The last seven years multiple luxurious apartment houses were built in the quiet residential area called "Buchraingebiet", next to the Frankfurt City forest and 15 minutes by car from the Frankfurt City center, as well as only three miles away from the European Central Bank. The old company estate (Jado AG) was refurbished into 21 luxurious apartments in the upcoming area in the north of Offenbach. Currently, there are two apartment buildings in the construction phase and more to be planned. We are looking forward to hear from you about new opportunities or are happy to offer you a new, modern home in one of our "Cube Houses" for rent or also limited opportunities for sale.
