About CubeX AG

CubeX – Rethinking the Future of Housing CubeX is ushering in a new era of construction: modular, sustainable, and smart. As a technological think tank, we develop serial timber building systems that seamlessly combine architecture, engineering, and finance – designed for cities, municipalities, and institutions looking to rethink housing. Our buildings are made from prefabricated solid wood modules – efficient, deconstructable, and low in CO₂ emissions. They’re instantly deployable, scalable, and flexibly configurable – from individual units to entire neighborhoods. With CubeX, we create affordable living spaces for students, families, seniors, and employees – nationally and internationally. CubeX is more than just a product. It's a systematic solution to the structural challenges of our time: demographic change, housing shortages, and ecological responsibility.
