We change the culture by collectively deciding that the status quo no longer serves us. Cultivate Empathy empowers each person to become more self-aware, less judgmental, and actively accountable. These Emotional Intelligence (EQ) skills can be developed, with intention, to create safe spaces for belonging, and self-security to be more authentic. You need to be unafraid of accountability and be willing to meet yourself with a heart full of compassion. That's why we call in the heart-ful badasses to work with us.
