Our mission is to teach people why they should value each other's lives. Through immersive experiential education, Culture of Respect imparts listening, communication, and empathy skills to help participants effectively engage with people from different backgrounds. Rooted in over 30 years of research, refined pedagogy, and application, Culture of Respect guides participants through a human-centered exploration of the personal impact of systems of oppression, eliciting a deeper understanding of why they should value each other's lives. Our full 25-hour course is a powerful, transformative experience. We also offer a range of workshops.
