We offer both Forensic and Traditional Peer Support Services in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, along with four Transitional Living Residences designed to provide safe, stable, and supportive housing for those we serve. Our team is committed to walking alongside individuals as they navigate recovery and rebuild their lives. We provide hands-on support with securing housing, obtaining essential identification documents, and connecting individuals to critical resources such as SSI/SSDI and Medicaid. In addition to these services, we focus on helping peers re-engage with their communities. We emphasize real-world connection and meaningful progress. Our mission is to make a difference one person at a time—meeting individuals where they are and offering consistent, compassionate support. Our Certified Peer Specialists bring lived experience to their work and are continually finding innovative, person-centered ways to support those they serve.
