About CultureTalk

CultureTalk provides powerful tools and training to unlock self-awareness, strengthen teams, and build thriving workplace cultures. Our programs are built on the 12-Archetype Storytelling framework, a universal language that brings individual and team dynamics to life. Participants move through a transformative journey—from personal insight (Me) to collaborative teamwork (We) to an aligned, purpose-driven culture (Us). CultureTalk’s suite of assessments—CultureTalk for Individuals™, CultureTalk for Teams™, and CultureTalk for Organizations™—measures Archetypes to support coaching, team development, and organizational change. These tools are embedded in our curriculum, pre-packaged workshops, and an extensive coaching library. Since 2017, CultureTalk has certified, mentored, and supported hundreds of coaches, consultants, and in-house OD and L&D professionals, helping them integrate storytelling and Narrative Intelligence into their work.
