About Cup of Thoughts Therapy, LLC

Cup of Thoughts therapy is a clinician-focused, private practice in Wisconsin and we are 100% telehealth based. We are on a mission to support moms on their healing journey and meeting them where they are at by providing a safe and compassionate space. We strive to help individuals reconnect to their identity and build a support system to be able to thrive both in their own lives and in their relationships. Support is key! We are a down-to-earth practice starting in-house with the practice that has been built since 2018. It is important that our providers align with the mission and values of Cup of Thoughts Therapy. We believe in creating the best atmosphere for our clients and employees (support is key!) and to give back to our community. It is in our best interest to serve the perinatal population!
