Cupola Teleservices is the UAE’s first and largest outsourced contact center services provider. Over 25 years ago, we set up the first outsourced contact center business in the region. The concept was so new that the idea had to be pitched to the authorities to get a business license. Today, we provide contact center outsourcing across all communication channels (not just voice), including email, chat, WhatsApp, social media and other digital channels.
