CURA Therapeutics is pioneering next-generation, multimodal immunotherapies designed to reprogram the immune system’s defenses against complex diseases, including metastatic cancer, fibrosis, infectious diseases, and age-related conditions. Our proprietary drug discovery platform combines AI-driven protein modeling with pathway analysis to engineer immune fusion proteins with multimodal immunomodulatory properties. Our lead asset, CT101, targets metastatic cancer, an area with a significant unmet medical need. CT101, a novel immunotherapy, reactivates disease-specific immune cells, selectively eliminating malignant, senescent, and damaged cells at tumor sites. This site-directed approach targets and minimizes systemic toxicity, a significant advantage over conventional treatments. By engaging the full spectrum of tumor-specific T cells, CT101 broadens the range of targeted tumor antigens, promoting a polyclonal immune response that reduces the risk of immune evasion and cancer resistance.
