We operate through two collaborative practices: Curtis Connections Networking (Melinda Curtis, Founder) Strategic networking and ecosystem positioning for construction/trades businesses in the Denver Metro area. Melinda represents businesses in the construction ecosystem, building the professional connections that help local businesses access the right partners, suppliers, and clients to deliver projects effectively and grow sustainably. Curtis Connections Consulting (Shawn Curtis, Principal & Fractional COO) Execution infrastructure and organizational capability building for growth-stage companies in asset-heavy industries. Shawn partners with business leaders to build the operating infrastructure that lags behind success. His work creates the organizational capability that ensures strategy translates into operational reality without breaking people or processes.
