Our founders Kairit Tammoja and Silja Mikli have 15+ years of experience in finance, including leading investment funds, consulting growth-stage start-ups and managing financial groups. Coming from similar backgrounds, in 2018, we decided to come together and form CXO - a company that helps you, a busy start-up founder, focus on your priorities while we take care of your back office.
