Must possess proprietary qualities that revolutionize their respective application(s). 3. Must be FDA cleared and compliant -      A) Registered and regulated under 21 CFR Part 1271 & PHS Act Section 361.      B) Registered and regulated as a 510(k) device under 21 CFR Part 807.92 (a) (3). 4. Allograft Products must be certified by an independent laboratory for sterility and viability.
