About D.B.G.E.M. - Developing Boys into Gainfully Employed Men, Inc.

D.B.G.E.M. - Developing Boys into Gainfully Employed Men, Inc. is a 501c3 registered nonprofit organization that introduces industry knowledge, innovation, education, preparation, integrity, focus, commitment, and responsibility because male youths need a vision and path for a financial and economically sustainable future. Our value comes from exemplifying the job and career opportunities frequently overlooked and seldom seen or experienced by youths from traditional to nontraditional roles. The enrichment programs are for all male youths from all socio-economic backgrounds starting from middle school, and 9th grade through high school 11th - 12th grade seniors. The middle school, 8th, and 9th grade students will receive extensive introductions to developing good study habits, time management, test preparation, career and job introductions, consultative mentorship, and more. All of the students including the 11th and 12th graders will participate in interview preparation, business tours, college preparation, college tours, mentorships, internships, and sponsorships for academics and work.
