About D+H Construction

D+H Construction is a San Francisco Bay Area general contractor building communities since 1981. We specialize in multi-family and commercial construction, delivering complex rehabilitations and ground-up projects across affordable housing, senior housing, historic restoration, assisted living, and commercial sectors. We are easy to partner with, bring proven expertise to complex work, and operate in relationships built on trust. Our values guide how we show up every day and shape a culture rooted in reliability, adaptability, collaboration, and accountability. We live in the communities where we build and are committed to delivering high-quality projects that expand access to housing and strengthen neighborhoods across the Bay Area. If you are looking for a trusted construction partner or a team where you can build with purpose, we would love to connect.
