We litigate cases under most of the major employment statutes including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act and the New York State Human Rights Law, among others. Our offices are located in Saratoga Springs and we represent employees throughout the Capital Region and beyond.
