About D Starr Sports

D Starr Sports exists for sports programs with high ambition but limited capacity. We bridge the gap between local talent and global success by combining field operators, elite coaches, performance scientists, and data analysts into a single, cohesive team. Operating primarily in the Caribbean, Africa, South America, and the Middle East, we partner with Ministries, Federations, and Brands to turn visions into reality through accountability and measurable results. Currently spearheading the 3-year Elite Athletics Training Programme for the Government of Guyana.
