About Daarna

Everyone has the right to a healthy, safe, and secure place to call home. We help forcibly displaced families heal, adjust, and build their new communities by using design thinking to provide the tools, resources, and methods to empower them to improve their lives and livelihood. We are a diverse team of educators, thinkers, Architects, designers, and activists who believe social equity and community base designs as solutions to end displacement. We partner with refugees, local communities, and activists to provide needed resources that can empower refugees to create new homes.
