Serving choices of bara from all across India. Founded in 2023, Dahibara Express is a modern take on traditional Indian classic dishes. Our initiative came to be when we realized that conventional food wasn’t accessible as high-quality dishes, so we strived to create what we found missing. Based out of Bhubaneswar, our menu features a variety of dishes made with the highest quality ingredients. Our innovative methods to create new products also feature the traditional values of older cooking techniques. All to create a wonderful and accessible conventional food experience in a modern setting. We believe in constantly growing and expanding our menus and techniques to bring you the best and most exciting flavors. In addition to our delicious food, we are also dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience.
