We are Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment JSC, established on 22nd March, 2011. The total number of employees of the company is currently 704 people. At Thu Thiem new urban area, DQM now is a developer of 4 main roads, Central Square and Riverside Park; we have also received land allocation of the southern residential area along with Mai Chi Tho Boulevard by government. In 2015, we continued to be assigned to Project Investors of the southern delta, reciprocal assigned to be a developer of investment and development for eco- resort, amusement park, research institutes and 6.4 ha land of for eco-logical Park. In addition, Dai Quang Minh also established a project development company, which is responsible for investor for Thu Thiem 2 Bridge, reciprocal 9 land plots at Zone 6 to build residential area.
