Dalvina is a young and prospering winery surrounded by 410 hectares of vineyards, with a storage capacity of 70.000Hl and a yearly production capacity of 34.000Hl. Beginning with the collection of the grapes, the gentlest state-of-the-art technology is applied with every step, as with the transport, the handling, the press, up to and including the process of fermentation.
