About Dankers Daltex Europe GmbH

Dankers Daltex is a service company that deals with the import and marketing of agricultural products. The company was founded in 1997 under the name Dankers & van Rijn. In 2013 it was renamed as part of a reorganization of the company. The new name highlights the close ties with the Egyptian production company Daltex. For us, production and marketing are inextricably linked. Our core business is the production and marketing of Egyptian edible early potatoes. All varieties correspond to the taste ideas and consumption habits of European consumers. In addition, we have continuously expanded our production and trading activities to include other areas of the fruit and vegetable sector. In the producing countries, we have been working closely and trustingly with first-class producers for many years and develop long-term joint projects with them. Through this cooperation we guarantee short distances between production and trade, between field and sale. This enables us to offer our retail customers in Germany and other Central European countries and thus the end consumer consistently high-quality food. And develop ourselves further. We are consistently expanding our product range. We are supported by a network of selected producers in various growing regions, all of whom are certified according to the currently applicable EU standards.
