Dark Horse Recruitment are construction recruitment specialists based in the South West. Founded in 2021 upon years of industry experience within both recruitment and construction, we strive to provide the best service to our clients and candidates. We work alongside clients and provider roles across four sectors including trades & labour, construction & civils, highways & traffic management, and agricultural works. Having worked on the tools, as a labourer, chargehand and supervisor and site manager we understand the everyday needs, enabling us to provide a seamless and proactive service. Working alongside our clients we help reduce stress and give them more time to carry out their daily duties with the reassurance their staffing needs are in hand. We provide temporary staff across all construction roles, as well as temporary to permanent workers. Our experienced consultants take care of the search for candidates, interview process and compliance. We also handle payroll covering national insurance and VAT payments that would usually be incurred. Whether it is short-term or long-term cover, or an emergency sickness required to keep your site running, we are on hand 24/7 with our out of hours phone. For our candidates we ensure competitive rates of pay and holiday pay for PAYE candidates. There are no umbrella fees or hidden costs, we also pay weekly! We take care of the staff that work with us and aim to create long-term working relationships by being friendly and approachable.
