Reconcile income with payouts for accuracy. Manage grants through pipelines. Relate income to supporters, programmes, campaigns, and funds. Segment supporters for tailored communications. Expenditure: Manage in the same system as income. For fundraising: relate to income streams to aid decision making. For charitable activities: link income, expenditure, and assets to programmes, funds, and initiatives. Generate budgets, forecasts, and SoRP-compliant reports in real-time. Programmes and Charitable Activities: Manage beneficiary activities and cause delivery and relate these to income and expenditure as it’s all managed in the same system. Examples include project management, case-driven support, inventory management, event delivery, and any bespoke requirement. Impact: Provide real-time feedback on impact to stakeholders. Record metrics continuously across the organisation. Examples: support hours, acres saved, campaigners trained, books distributed, campaign engagement, partner fund usage, research outputs, and beneficiary feedback. Relate metrics to grants, donations, campaigns, events, programmes, and expenditure to demonstrate direct impact to funders.
