Das Verra is building execution infrastructure for cross-border trade between India and Africa. The problem is not demand, it is reliability. Across fragmented supply chains, goods move through multiple hands with no structured ownership, weak checkpoints, and limited accountability. This leads to delays, losses, and inconsistent delivery, even when everything looks correct on paper. We solve this by structuring trade flows into controlled execution layers: - Defined handover points - Checkpoint-based visibility (not assumption-based tracking) - Clear ownership across each stage - Active coordination during transit - Measurable performance across routes, drivers, and partners Instead of relying on static systems or generic logistics models, Das Verra builds real-world execution discipline, making trade predictable, scalable, and investable. We work at the intersection of: • Supply (India manufacturing & sourcing) • Movement (transport, warehousing, last-mile) • Demand (African SME distribution ecosystems) Our approach is simple: Don’t redesign trade. Control how it executes. Currently, we are validating this model through real route mapping and pilot flows across African corridors. Das Verra is not a trading company. It is a controlled trade execution system. Connecting markets is easy. Controlling delivery is what scales them.
