About David Hall

I provide expert product design consulting and UX audits for companies aiming to strategically integrate Artificial Intelligence into their enterprise products. My approach moves beyond surface-level AI features, focusing on how AI fundamentally reshapes user experiences and system behaviours. I guide clients in architecting truly effective AI solutions by applying a unique 'micro/macro' framework – understanding the complex, unseen microstates of AI operations to consciously design for positive, valuable, and emergent user macrostates. This ensures AI implementations are not just technologically advanced but are also intuitive, solve real user problems, and deliver clear business value.
