Dayspring Children's Village is a Christ-centered boarding school and sanctuary transforming the lives of South Africa's most vulnerable children for over 40 years. Our Mission: We break the cycle of poverty and trauma by providing a holistic, safe, and nurturing environment where children from rural Magaliesburg can heal, learn, and thrive. The Challenge: In our community, 6 out of 10 children are multidimensionally poor. Many live in one-room tin shacks with unemployed or underemployed parents earning less than R4,000/month. Trauma, neglect, and hopelessness are widespread.
