About DBT Center of Houston

The Dialectical Behavior Therapies Center of Houston focuses on offering effective therapy in a personalized way--what works for the client. Our therapists collaborate with you, taking into consideration your goals and values. We work with many diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, obsessive compulsive personality disorder, eating disorders, but most of all we work with the person who is sitting with us including individuals with no diagnosis but who want to improve their mental wellness. Maybe you'd like to be able to connect more deeply with those in your life or to let go of some perfectionism. Maybe you are in a life transition. Maybe you are lonely. We're here for you.
