About DBT for You

DBT for You is the parent company of DBTeens, DBTwenties, and DBTweens, 10-12-week fully online mental health treatment programs for youth ages 12-18 and 18-29 and 9-12. Our experienced staff are committed to offering an innovative treatment option to young people in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont and Massachusetts. We recognize that many youth and young adults need more service per week than an individual therapy session, yet don’t require psychiatric hospitalization. DBT for You offers up to 16 hours per week of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) treatment online AT HOME.
