About DBU Group

DBU Group is an exclusive consultancy working with boards, founders, and visionary leaders across the GCC. Built on clarity, conviction, and long-term relationships, our role begins when the path forward isn’t obvious when vision must be sharpened, direction recalibrated, and decisions made that carry weight beyond a quarter. We work with those who think generationally and move deliberately. Those who challenge convention, shape markets, and lead with intent. Our focus: strategy, innovation, institutional relevance, and legacy design delivered with discretion and depth.
