DC Care is a well respected specialist care home agency selling and acquiring care homes throughout the UK. We have a dedicated head office team in Wetherby and have sold homes from Dorset to Inverness. We sell businesses from £250k - £10 million. Single care units or small/ medium sized groups. Nursing, Residential, Dementia, Learning Disability, Specialist care categories. We do not carry out bank valuation work – we are dedicated agents and in the current climate are keen to look outside the box when liaising with vendors, banks, IPs - our aim is to structure a deal whereby we sell the care home units to achieve a maximum figure for the vendor. We are more than happy to have an initial no obligation chat to vendors or your partners regarding price expectation – particularly given the unusual market at the moment! We currently have buyers keen to secure:- Operational, profitable care homes in ALL geographical areas – corporate clients prefer 40 beds plus, all single, all en suite. However smaller units are still very saleable to the mid corporate buyer and also the owner/manager style buyer.
