About DCG Strategies

At DCG Strategies, we offer an alternative to conventional real estate firms with a distinct mission to serve California’s community-benefit organizations. Established in 2005, DCG has partnered with leaders of school districts, faith communities, local governments and non-profits to help transform real estate into resources for the communities they serve. We have served hundreds of clients from: - K-12 School Districts, Community Colleges and other Academic Institutions - Faith communities and other Faith-Based Organizations - Local Governments and Agencies - Non-Profit Organizations Understanding our clients often have complex, non-traditional needs and operate in a highly collaborative environment, we have developed a comprehensive suite of services from strategic advising to property planning to real estate services. This holistic approach allows DCG’s experienced staff to walk alongside our partners, educate them about their options and advocate for their interests throughout the entire process.
