DealHash is a platform for real estate brokers in Dubai built around a simple idea: an agent should earn the full commission from their own deals. We provide brokers with the infrastructure they need to operate — transaction support, legal processes, access to developers, and a map of off-plan projects across the UAE. At the same time, the agent continues working with their own clients and closes deals independently. Simply put, DealHash is a model where a broker keeps 100% of their commission while receiving professional transaction support through the platform. Our mission is to create a new brokerage model in Dubai where real estate professionals can grow their practice as independent experts, earn based on the results of their work, and rely on a strong infrastructure to manage and close deals.
