This creates unnecessary complexity and limits visibility for legal teams working on high-stakes deals. DealTracker brings the entire transaction workflow into one intelligent platform. By integrating with tools lawyers already use — such as Outlook and document management systems — the platform automatically extracts information from legal documents, tracks deal progress, coordinates tasks across teams, and provides a real-time overview of transactions. Our goal is to reduce manual coordination and enable legal teams to focus on what matters most: advising clients and closing deals. DealTracker is designed for law firms and corporate legal teams managing complex transactions such as M&A, financings, and multi-party deals.
