About Declutter Solutions

Declutter Solutions Pvt Ltd is a climate-tech biotechnology company engineering high-performance biomaterials from biological waste streams. We operate at the convergence of industrial biotechnology, green chemistry, and circular manufacturing converting fisheries and agro-industrial by-products into high-value collagen and next-generation bio-based materials. Our core focus is developing scalable, climate-aligned extraction platforms using process intensification, sustainable solvent systems, and circular by-product utilisation. We integrate biochemical engineering with systems-level waste valorisation to create traceable, high-bioavailability biomaterials designed for cosmetic, nutraceutical, and biomedical pathways. Beyond product development, we design circular bio-industrial infrastructure, including: • Industrial waste audits aligned with ISO 14001 principles • Resource recovery and by-product optimization systems • Sustainability implementation and monitoring frameworks • Green certification and impact measurement support Global biomaterial supply chains remain carbon-intensive and import-dependent. Meanwhile, millions of tons of biological residues remain underutilized. Declutter Solutions is building India’s bio-manufacturing capability to transform these streams into scalable, defensible, and globally competitive material platforms; strengthening supply chain resilience while lowering environmental burden. Our ambition is to evolve into a bioindustrial platform company powering climate-resilient material systems for the next decade of manufacturing. We are not managing waste. We are redesigning biological value chains.
