Deecon Consulting was founded in 2008 and is a specialist procurement, commercial management and dispute resolution service provider to the UK infrastructure and construction sector. We have a track record of delivering substantial savings and sustainable process changes to clients including Openreach, Thames Water, CityFibre and Network Rail. Our agile and collaborative approach is fundamental to achieving value for our clients.
