About Del-Air Mechanical Contractors, Inc

Del-Air Mechanical Contractors, Inc. was born from the American dream. Founded by Dwane Lay and a truck in the 1980, Del-Air has grown into a family of, on average, 150 men and women that serve Knoxville & surrounding areas with all of their commercial mechanical needs. Del-Air Mechanical offers cooling, heating, and plumbing maintenance, retrofit, and new installations. These services are provided to hospitals, office buildings, schools, as well as industrial manufacturing facilities to name a few. Above all, Del-Air offers it's employees a safe, secure work environment in which personal growth is encouraged and training is offered. Del-Air Mechanical has been awarded in safety, growth, and, most recently, as the ACCA 2019 Commercial Contractor of the Year. This award is given based on community involvement, industry involvement, and a commitment to training and certifications. https://www.acca.org/news/release/del-air-2019-commercial-coty At Del-Air Mechanical we seek to serve one another and our community on a daily basis.
