DEL-MOR DWELLINGS CORP is a 33-year-old nonprofit organization based in Delaware, Ohio, with a mission of providing quality supportive housing to over 140 people living with disabling mental health conditions in Delaware, Morrow and Crawford Counties. Our housing is diverse, meaning we have some scattered home sites for individuals or families living independently, some apartments for our self-sufficient clients, and some housing for those needing more support. We are the developers of our own housing projects, perform property management functions, and deliver a range of supportive services to our residents to assist them in experiencing success in our housing and within the greater community. Communities from around the United States look to Del-Mor for our housing model and ways to implement this successful unique opportunity in their own states and communities.
