About Delalu Strategy Consultants (DSC

Delalu Strategy Consultants (DSC) is a law firm marketing and business development consulting firm that develops marketing strategies and business development strategies for law firms and B2B organizations. We combine strategy with selective execution to help firms turn marketing and visibility into client relationships and business growth. We work with partners, lawyers, and internal marketing and business development teams to develop and execute business development plans, strengthen pitches and proposals, improve rankings and awards submissions, and identify thought leadership and speaking opportunities. DSC partners with internal teams (remote or hybrid) to move from strategy to pipeline—helping firms sharpen positioning, activate partners, and convert visibility into new business. We step in to provide strategic counsel and execution, or serve as an extension of your marketing, business development, and communications team, offering strategic guidance and executional support when internal resources are stretched thin. We serve law firms and B2B enterprises. 🌟OUR SERVICES🌟 Business Development Services: 🗂️ Capability statements, RFPs & proposals 🎯 Client targeting & outreach 🔍 Market, client & competitor analysis 📊 Market research & opportunity mapping 🧭 Strategic BD & GTM planning Marketing & Communications Services: 📖 Brand storytelling & positioning 🗣️ Messaging & thought leadership 📆 Events & sponsorship strategy 📈 Marketing audits & share-of-voice analysis 📡 Profile-raising & visibility opportunities Public Relations Services: 📝 Press releases 🏆 Rankings & directories 🧠 Media positioning & POV development 🎤 Media training & spokesperson prep Content Creation Services: 📄 Marketing collateral 🌐 SEO-optimized website & social copy 💬 Talking points & thought leader messaging 📬 E-newsletters & email marketing 📩 EMAIL: LETSTALK@CONSULTDELALU.COM
