We specialize in strategic planning, with a focus on implementation and continuous improvement routines. We are experienced facilitators, practical planners, data-driven coaches, and experts in the 'delivery approach:' a proven methodology for effective strategic plan implementation. Our team has decades of experience in stakeholder engagement and strategic planning, having led these processes with more than 50 state and local education agencies, non-profits, and charter organizations across the country. As former educators, we know a plan is just a document. We don't just help you build a plan, we give you the tools and training to put it into action, and create lasting change.
