About DelonJobs

We are the top job portal and #1 IT recruitment company in Nigeria. We also own the #1 google-ranked classified ads website in Nigeria – delon.ng, and our job website – jobs.delon.ng has the most diverse database of jobs in Nigeria. Our vision is to help lift one million Nigerians out of poverty through our delon.ng and jobs.delon.ng platforms. So we produce daily videos for students, Pre-NYSC, NYSC and recent graduates about finding jobs in Nigeria, career development and starting small businesses. Though IT recruitment is our core competence, we also offer general recruitment and outsourcing services across the 36 states of Nigeria and Abuja at affordable rates. As the #1 IT recruitment agency in Nigeria, our most unique value proposition is that unlike many recruitment companies who use generalist recruiters to screen CVs and interview IT and engineering candidates, we use engineers with recruiting experience. As a testament to our focus on IT recruitment, google snippet feature displays Delon Jobs as the #1 IT recruitment company in Nigeria. Our services also include outsourcing, hiring offshore developers or expatriates, as well as customized IT upskilling services In the last thirteen years, our team has provided different technology products and services to Deloitte, UBA, MTN, Access Bank, Fidelity Bank, FCMB, Eco Bank, CWG Plc, NCR Plc, Custodian Investment Plc, Leadway Assurance, Makon Engineering, Latter Rain Assembly, Winners Chapel, RCCG, Christ Embassy, as well as companies in UAE, Kenya, Mozambique, and USA.
