About Democracy Volunteers

We help make elections better for voters. By advising those who run and oversee elections, we turn insight into practical improvements. Our teams observe UK polls, collect hard data, and report against OSCE/ODIHR standards—so changes are evidence-based, constructive, and fast. Our mission is simple: raise the quality of democratic elections for the benefit of voters. We work with administrators and oversight bodies to spot what’s working, fix what isn’t, and share clear, empirical findings from UK elections—grounded in rigorous methodology and OSCE/ODIHR standards. Always constructive, always practical, always pro-voter. Better elections. Better democracy. We advise election administrators and watchdogs, using UK field observation and OSCE/ODIHR-based methods to deliver evidence that leads to real improvements—for every voter.
