▪️Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University is recognized nationally & internationally for imparting the highest quality of education in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences. ▪️It was established in 1956 under the aegis of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, one of India's oldest universities in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Now, it has been accorded as an autonomous Institute since the academic year 2021-2022. The Department has been ranked 42nd in India by NIRF in 2022. ▪️ The students are admitted to the Department through valid scores on State and National Entrance Tests every year. The Department offers the following programs: • B.Pharm • M.Pharm (disciplines: Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy) •PhD ▪️ The Department has the honor of getting various projects from UGC, AICTE, DST, DBT, SERB, ICMR, CSIR, INSA, and the National Medicinal Plant Board.
