About DERA.EARTH Digital Environmental Risk Assessment

The DERA Environmental Index is a quantitative indicator designed to assess the environmental risk associated with a specific property or geographic location. The index is generated through an advanced digital analysis of environmental conditions in and around the site, integrating geospatial data, remote sensing, and environmental datasets within a Geographic Information System (GIS) framework. The DERA analytical engine evaluates hundreds of land-use features and environmental risk factors within the site’s area of influence. These factors are systematically classified into five primary environmental categories, including noise, soil, radiation, air quality, and ecological sensitivity. A weighted aggregation of these categories produces a single composite score, representing the overall environmental risk level of the assessed location. The index is intended to support evidence-based decision-making in regulatory, planning, valuation, and risk-management contexts. It enables standardized, transparent, and reproSustainable living places, healthier workplaces. Better real estate assets and lower risk investments. The Ďera report analyzes the environmental condition of a property at the click of a button, and produces a report, which sets an index for the environmental risk for a specific house or a certain location. The report may be used by appraisers, insurance companies, property buyers and anyone interested in checking the environmental condition of a property anywhere in the world.
