About Derelict to Dream

Derelict to Dream is a full-service construction and renovation company based in Costa Blanca North, specialising in the transformation of outdated properties, villas, and derelict buildings into exceptional homes and lifestyle spaces. We work with private clients, investors, and commercial partners who want more than just a builder. They want a team that can take full responsibility for the entire journey. From initial feasibility and project costing through to planning, construction, and final delivery, we manage every stage with clarity, structure, and attention to detail. Our strength lies in simplifying what can often feel like a complex and overwhelming process, particularly for international clients buying and renovating property in Spain. We combine practical construction expertise with strong project management, a strong professional workforce, trusted local networks, and a transparent approach. Ensuring every project is delivered efficiently, professionally, and with the end vision firmly in focus. Whether it’s a full villa renovation, a derelict restoration, or a complete property transformation, our goal is simple: To turn potential into reality. And property into something truly exceptional.
