As a woman of color in the corporate world, our CEO and founder, Tania DeSa, knows what it’s like to be the ‘only’ one in the room. It was this experience as the only woman, person of colour and North American, that drove her to create Desa Global Leadership and bring together a team of diverse experts with a shared goal: to empower women and underrepresented minorities to find their voice and own their worth in the corporate world. For more than 10 years, Tania has been growing a team who have their own diverse stories and specialize in diversity, inclusion, and leadership development.
