Desarrollos INCONH Limitada is a consulting company founded in 2013, facilitating its international clients access to the Chilean infrastructure market. Services we provide among others includes: Before entering the market: -Local representation of foreign companies -Register a local entity in Chile and provide legal advice (with third parties) -Market studies -Early Contract involvement (ECI) Tender Phase: -Preparing all administrative tender documents -Construction planning & programming -Budget preparation -BIM -Risk Assessment -Elaborate a construction methodology -Elaborate environmental, health and safety and quality plans. -Sourcing key personnel -Sourcing a local partner Construction phase: -Project Management -Project Assessment -Source, contract and provide professionals -Take part of the construction SPV with a minor participation We have worked with international clients from three different continents in a variety of infrastructure projects. Although our team has experience in a variety of infrastructure projects, our company is in particular well known in Chile for projects with Metro de Santiago and MOP (Hospital concessions), both clients with multi-billion dollars of projects in the pipeline that will be tendered in the period 2021-2025.
